I can still vividly recall the vastness and at the same time the comfort of my childhood library. It was a beautiful listed building with soaring ceilings. A place where books reigned supreme and people came second. And the distinct smell of the library certainly made sure of that!
But let’s face it. Can a simple candle really smell like a 10,000 square-foot, old library? Yes. Yes it can.
