I’m glad I’ve done the research for you, because it took a while. In fact, it looks like some Diptyque enthusiasts have ended up purchasing the wrong re-fill and subsequently been a little perplexed.
If you happen to have the glass vessel, whether 100ml or 200ml, the refill is 200ml.
Do not get the hourglass refill. This is meant for another type of diffuser.

I absolutely love this green, earthy, tranquil blend. It’s one of the best rejuvenating, fresh spa-like scents out there believe it or not, even though it’s isn’t necessarily marketed as such. The full set, including the frosted glass bottle and refill with reeds is £30. For just £13 you get the fragrance oil only, but if you already have a reed diffuser bottle at home and a batch of reeds you can get cheaply on amazon, see here, it’s great value for money, considering the beautiful, strong, long lasting oils you get in this refill.
